Ms Norah Nalubowa is a Warden of Africa Hall under the Dean of Students Department. 

As warden for the last 9 years she is in charge of students’ welfare and discipline.  This includes; offering counseling and guidance to students, staff and parents on academic and personal issues when required.

She is responsible of proper management of students’ accommodation, feeding and governance (SCR).  Chair the house’s committees and secretary of the house’s disciplinary Committee.  She is the overall manager of the house as well as supervising staff.

Norah is an Acting Guild Administrator for the last 10 years.  As a Guild Administrator she is responsible of offering support to student leaders through counseling and guidance where necessary.  In liaison with the Dean of Students and students Guild she coordinates students’ activities like Guild Presidential and GRC (Guild Representative to Council) elections, Students Annual Cultural Gala which are held annually.
