3 Application

The following Regulations shall apply to all students of the University.

(1) Nothing in these Regulations shall exclude the enforcement of the Laws of Uganda against any student and the application of existing Rules and Regulations or such Rules and
Regulations as may be made from time to time, pertaining to the Library and other Departments of the University for the guidance of students in the respective places.

(2) Where conduct is not specifically governed by University Regulations, all such members of the University shall act at all times with courtesy and consideration to others and with
regard to the good name of the University.

(3) A student shall be required to sign a declaration form to the effect that he/she agrees to comply with the University Regulations.
