Dean of Students Department with assistance of Wardens ensures that appropriate accommodation facilities and good catering services are provided to students. The Department is also responsible for the maintenance of facilities in Halls of Residence and University Hostels.

Dean of Students Department with the Games Unit staff organizes competitions and recreation sports activities for students. The Department with assistance of sports tutors handles complaints, which arise from Inter-Hall Games Competitions.
The Department is responsible of the maintenance of games and sports facilities in consultation with Estates Department.

Spiritual Centers
One Imam and two Christian Chaplains within the main campus provide the Spiritual Services. The students are free to attend other churches and mosques outside the campus for spiritual guidance. The Imam and the chaplains also provide counseling and guidance to students.
